We are able to provide IP advisory services based on the experience we gained during our time as in-house patent attorneys.
Even if your company does not have an IP department, you can outsource some of its functions, such as IP management, competitive analysis, and invention discovery.
We offer a service fee structure that matches the operating hours of our patent attorneys, but we can also tailor our service fee structure to meet the needs of our clients, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
*If you sign an advisory contract with us, you can display our firm as an IP advisory firm on your website, etc.

For both plans, IP consultation by e-mail and other text-based services are available. Free of charge However, depending on the frequency and the content of the consultation, additional operating time may be charged.
*If you do not use the actual working hours or meetings in the plan for a month, you can carry over the advisory fee to the next and subsequent months at a rate of 5,500 yen/30 minutes, tax included.
*In principle, meetings are online-based and limited to one hour per meeting. Meetings are generally conducted online and are limited to one hour per meeting.
*If the amount of work exceeds the actual hours in the plan, an additional fee of 5,500 yen/30 minutes including tax may be charged.
