Survey on Cultured Meat Related Technology Trends
This article introduces the patent application technology trend surveys announced by the Patent Office, those related to cultivated meat-related technology in the chemical field of the needs-responsive technology trend survey in 2021 and a brochure titled “New Biotechnologies for Foods Using Genome Editing Technology” published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, which is part of a food safety document.
